Order handling

Each incoming order is always handled as soon as possible. Providing that all ordered items are in stock or no additional assembly is needed, we will dispatch each individual order within 7 business days. Please note the deviant delivery time on the mMotion Lifts and mMotion Flip. Should any item be listed on backorder, the customer will be immediately informed about this matter and a solution will be worked out on an individual basis. In such event the customer always have the right to cancel the order upon request. 
Note: when paying with bank transfer, please do allow some additional days for the order to be fulfilled before payment can be confirmed.  


Upon dispatch, the customer will receive a confirmation mail containing tracking number for his order. We ship globally using Fedex as a forwarder. Normal delivery time for international orders is approximately seven (7) business days from dispatch.

Shipping cost

The cost for shipping will be calculated individually for each order. The cost is based on destination and weight of parcel.


Q: I live in Sweden, can I come by your office in pick up my order?

A: Currently, we don’t have a local pick up option. This may well change in the future.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to all countries. 

Q: Do we ship to PO boxes?

A: Yes. We are able to deliver to PO box addresses.

Q: How do you ship?

A: We ship al orders with Fedex.

Q: Do you send an email when me order ships?

A: Yes, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. 

Q: Can I update my shipping address?

A: Yes, you can change your shipping address up until the day it leaves our shop in preparation to be shipped.
