Returns and refunds

You may return any product purchased on buylava.com WITHIN 14 DAYS from the date of purchase for a Full Refund, or for exchanging products. Full Refund includes both the price for the product(s) and and the original shipping cost. 

Products must be UNUSED and packaging must be UNOPENED for a Full Refund to be applicable. 

All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, unless there is an error on our part related to your order in which case we will issue a credit on any applicable shipping charges. 

Money will be refunded within fourteen (14) days with the same means of payment as the original order.

Return product(s) AND printed receipt with order number (#XXXX) along with:

• You full name
• Your full adress
• E-mail adress
• Phone number

Damage or faulty products

If you receive a product that is visibly damaged or wrongly sent to you, do not accept delivery, but let it go in return. We will send out a new product to you at no additional cost. If you received the shipment and find that the product is damaged, defective or incorrect you should contact us within five (5) business days of your receipt of delivery. We will send you a new product to you, if we believe the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
