Order handling
Each incoming order is always handled immediately. Providing that all ordered items are in stock or no additional assembly is needed, we will dispatch each individual order within 1-2 business days. Should any item be listed on backorder, the customer will be immediately informed about this matter and a solution will be worked out on an individual basis. In such event the customer always have the right to cancel the order upon request.
Note: when paying with bank transfer, please do allow some additional days for the order to be fulfilled before payment can be confirmed.
Shipping
Upon dispatch, the customer will receive a confirmation mail containing tracking number for his order. We ship globally using Fedex as a forwarder. Normal delivery time for international orders is approximately seven (7) business days from dispatch.
Shipping cost
The cost for shipping will be calculated individually for each order. The cost is based on destination and weight of parcel.

A: Currently, we don’t have a local pick up option. This may well change in the future.

A: Yes, you can change your shipping address up until the day it leaves our shop in preparation to be shipped.
